Window Cleaning Tips from JELD-WEN

Step 1) First and foremost, you will need to prepare a cleaning solution. Either of the below recipes will be sufficient:

Step 2) Start by rinsing the window from top to bottom.

Step 3) Clean the window with the cleaning solution you prepared in step 1. Do not allow the cleaning solution to pool on the window sill, crevices, etc.

Step 4) Quickly rinse and dry any run-down.

Step 5) Do not allow the cleaning solution to dry on the window. Rinse thoroughly with water. You can also sponge the area while rinsing.

Step 6) Dry the window using a lint-free, dry cloth.

Step 7) Repeat steps 1-6 until the window is sufficiently clean.

Step 8) Dry the window frame and window sill with a separate lint-free, dry cloth.

Step 9) Enjoy you clean windows!
